Your Time, My Task - Monthly Retainer 10hr

My Your Time, My Task monthly retainer offers you a flexible, dedicated block of hours each month, allowing you to tap into my expertise for any virtual services you need, with the option to adjust services as your business evolves.

1. Minimum Contract Duration:
   The retainer agreement is for a minimum term of 6 months. This ensures that I can effectively plan and deliver consistent, high-quality services to meet your needs.

2. Retainer Hours: (10)
   The retainer includes a set number of hours each month for any virtual services we provide. These hours can be customised to suit your specific needs and can be used for a variety of services, including those within The PA Hub.

   • Additional Hours: If you require more hours than those included in your retainer, I can accommodate additional hours when availability permits. Please note that these additional hours will be billed at a higher rate than the standard retainer hours.
   • Unused Hours: Any unused hours at the end of the month will not roll over to the following month. Hours are allocated on a monthly basis and must be used within the same period.

3. Service Customisation:
   The services provided under the retainer can be fully customised to align with your business needs. If you wish to modify the services from one month to the next, this can be done with two weeks’ notice. I am flexible and happy to adjust the services as your priorities evolve.

4. Opt-Out Terms:
   Should you decide to terminate the agreement, a three-month notice period is required. This notice ensures a smooth transition and proper conclusion of any ongoing projects.

5. Contract Renewal:
   After the initial 6-month term, the contract will continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with the appropriate notice.
